New Year Resolution

It is important to take some time to celebrate and reflect on the goals that you have achieved within the year and the resolutions New Year Resolutionmade by you to help you to attain them. It is also equally important to examine those goals that you did not accomplish and determine the actions that you need to take in order to attain them within the upcoming year. While you may want to tweak your goals list for the year ahead, keep it concise and manageable. Do not add too many new goals (unless you have had a change of direction or interest) and do not ditch those that you did not achieve because you fear your ability to deliver on them. Focus on being resolute and developing a strategy on how you will attain those unexecuted goals, once achieved, feel free to set new goals for the following year. Resolutions and goals are different: resolutions are those choices you make to achieve an objective while goals are the anticipated accomplishments. So, before the New Year begins, decide what commitments you need to make so that your goals can be realized.
