The juror who alleged attempted to pervert the course of justice in the Vybz Kartel murder trial, failed to start today due to the defence’s attorney and lead investigator coming down with Chickungunya symptoms.
Livingston Cain, the accused juror from the Kartel case, was the only juror to return a not guilt verdict in the Vybz Kartel trial, and it is alleged that he offered a half million bribe to the jury foreman to deliver a not guilty verdict. The bribe was reportedly recorded by the foreman.
