Go to the beach but instead of just chilling on the sand, plan fun activities like tug of war, running, competitive swimming, just remember to swim from the deep to the shallow end. Another great and fun way to shed those extra pounds, is creating a fitness group with friends. It is much easier to reach your goals as a group, you will keep each other accountable and motivated.
