Heather Laine, formerly known as “Elan
for Women” was founded by the dynamic
duo Zoe Heather Summers and Sharon
Elaine Neita. This Jamaican made clothing
the brand focuses on making “easy to wear”
clothes that highlight the uniqueness and
the beauty of Jamaican culture and it’s vibrant
women.
The Beginning of ‘Relax and Sleep Wear’
With the pandemic coming out of left field
and putting the world at a standstill, both
creatives had to think on their feet and
adjust to a new normal and by doing so
the Heather Laine “Relax and Sleep Wear”
line was born. Zoe gave Buzzz Magazine
all the inside details on what to expect
from the brand during this unpredictable
time.
“We were at HOME…This changed the way
we live…our days were more peaceful
and less frantic….hence the Heather Laine
“Relax and Sleep Wear” Line. This includes
pyjama pants, capris and shorts; crop
tops, tunic tops; long and short dresses
and caftans made from the softest most
comfortable plain and printed cotton
fabrics. These clothes are versatile and
can be worn for sleep; for lounging and
hanging out inside and outside the home;
in the kitchen; while gardening as well as
for quick trips to the store.” said Summers.
