Rohan Anthony Grant leads GARCO Construction Services Limited on faith, dedication and diligence. The self-proclaimed “country boy” has come a far way from Constitution Hill in St. Andrew but remains centred on principles of humility entrenched into his personality. The UTech (CAST) alumni spends the majority of his workdays wading through meetings, site visits and client consultations but finds solace at home where he is simply “husband and father”.

Inspired to pursue construction as early as 6 years old Rohan has survived the rigours of the industry to fulfil a dream he expressed to his mother in boyhood.

When I was 6 years old my mother (now deceased) asked me what I wanted to do, I simply responded ‘draw plans and build house’; until her death, she remained my biggest cheerleader and supported me in everything I did to make that a reality. Fast forward 20 years later, I see myself as a facilitator of construction projects, providing the requisite skill to power through the industry” he said.
