Brown or white, which is the best?
Eggs come in different shapes and sizes from different birds, all of which are just as nutritional whether quail, duck, or chicken and if it’s in your diet; it’s all good. But as it relates to brown or white, this depends on the type of hen. White feather hens make white eggs while brown feather hens tend to make brown eggs.
How about the yolk?
Sometimes we crack the egg open and see the yolk looking dark yellow; this is simply due to a diet high in corn/alfalfa while a pale-yellow yolk has a wheat-based diet.
