Omega -3 is an essential fatty acid commonly called “fish oil” and has two common forms which are known as DHA acids. These are essential nutrients and enters the cell in the human body serving as a cell lubricant. Omega 3 fatty acid is found in cold water fish, oily fish, seafood and a small amount in algae. They are highly unsaturated fatty acids and are also available in supplements.
