Double the Resolution
The iPhone 6 has a Retina HD display, about two times the resolution of the iPhone 5 display. At 1,334 x 750 resolution (or 326 pixels-per-inch) for the iPhone 6, and 1,920 x 1080 resolution for the iPhone 6 Plus, the new smartphones have more than 2 million and 3 million pixels, respectively.

Improved Battery
The iPhone 6 will have a small improvement on battery life but the iPhone 6 Plus will have a much improved battery life. For example the iPhone 5 and 6 can remain in standy for 10 days compared to the iPhone 6 Plus standy life of 16 days.

Thinner Design
It’s just 6.9mm from front to back (around half a millimetre thinner than the iPhone 5s – a difference few people will probably notice).

Faster Processor
The two new iPhones both have the A8 Chip processor contain 2 billion transistors, double that of the iPhone 5s

Stellar Camera
Improved flash that changes colour dependent on lighting, noise reduction technology, auto focus is twice as fast, panoramic photos now go up to 43 megapixels in size.

Apple Pay
Users can now make purchase goods from their iPhone 6 along as Apple Pay is supported.

Improved Video
The iPhone 6 shoots High Definition Video at 1080p footage at 30 or 60 frame per second. There’s also slo-mo at up to 240fps
