Watermelon Cilantro Lemonade
If you’re solidly #teamcilantro, you have to try this herby,
sweet summer sipper.
INGREDIENTS
1 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped seedless watermelon, plus wedges for
garnish
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, plus sprigs for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine lemon juice, sugar, watermelon, and cilantro in
a mason jar. Muddle with a muddler or the handle of a
wooden spoon until watermelon is broken down. Tightly
screw on the lid, and shake until the sugar is dissolved,
about 1 minute. Let sit for 1 hour.
Pour sugar mixture into a large pitcher. Top with 6 cups
of water and ice. Serve over ice garnished watermelon

Watermelon Sorbet
All you need is a blender, a freezer, and a hot day to
enjoy this extra-delicious refreshing treat.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium sliced lengthwise
1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
DIRECTIONS
Scoop out watermelon flesh, place in a blender or food
processor and process until smooth. Pour purée through
a wire mesh strainer into a bowl; discard pulp and any
seeds. Measure 8 cups of juice; add lemonade
concentrate, pineapple and sugar, stirring until sugar
dissolves.
Pour mixture into a 9” x 13” pan; cover and freeze until
firm. Break frozen mixture into chunks. Place half the
mixture in a blender or food processor; process until
smooth. Repeat with remaining frozen mixture. Serve
immediately
