This concept is true for a select group of foods that the calorie count per serving is low. With these, you can eat until you feel full even before you can say you have had too much. These food groups fall under vegetables and fruits. Hey! Don’t worry I am not going to say only eat lettuce and carrots but consider that these foods can be eaten together, on their own or in complement to some of the other foods you really want to eat. Cantaloupe
These are high in beta carotene which is vitamin A which is very good for healthy eyes. One cup of cantaloupe offers 100% of the recommended amount of Vitamin A & C. 90% of cantaloupe is water and it contains 55 calories per serving.
Honeydew This melon contains a few more calories (64 calories per serving) than cantaloupe which is due to its natural sugar content. It offers half the recommended amount of vitamin C needed per day and has copper which promotes healthy skin.
Tomatoes
Yes, tomato is a fruit and yes, its characteristics also makes it a part of the berry family as well. This “super fruit” has a carotenoid called lycopene that
helps fight chronic diseases and gives the fruit its colour. Tomatoes are packed with vitamins A, C and B2 along with
folate, chromium, potassium, and fibre. One medium sized tomato has about 25
calories.

This fruit is made mostly of water and makes 16 calories per serving. The skin and seeds are where the nutrition is found; it has fibre and the vitamin A, beta-carotene.

vitamin K, and 6 calories per serving.
