Reggae Soul

Reggae-Soul

“Reggae meets soul” is a serious offering of M.E.’s uniquely new genre with big songs like “Soul Tek”, drawing from the Jamaican parlance of “Spirit Tek” versus falling in love. “Love In The Mawning” is a collaboration with Jamaican born rapper SHAQ and “You use to love me” with slow grooves and heartfelt reggae rhythms – this 13 track first taste with intros and outroludes will certainly entice and his fast growing fan base for more.

A disarmingly youthful voice, reminiscence of Babyface/Tevin Campbell, carefully knitting his soulful mix of reggae rhythms and sexy lovers rocking Jamaican patwatised lyrics for a unique segment of young and old female audience.

With the majority of offerings produced by M.E. also includes collaborations with other producers, including Wayne Guthrie, his keyboardist producer brother, Djenne Greaves and two other producers Jonathon Howell, and Apollo Payton from his Berklee days.

M.E. ear friendly sound, seemingly shy and girl friendly-looks should make his first prescription of Reggae Soul Vol.1, a hugely hot and demanding product.
