The team effort from the dedicated staff, some of whom have been with the company from its inception, have played an integral role in the overall success of the business.
Buzzz Magazine caught up with the Director/Face of the business, Mrs. Donna Parnell to talk all things tile. “When you come in here its tiles that you’re seeing. We source our tiles from all over the world. Spain, Italy, China, Brazil, India, Turkey, Russia. So as a tile store we have to be innovative, creative and bring the new tiles to the market”, said Mrs. Parnell.
Tiles can be broken down in a few categories and it is important to note that different tiles give you different looks for different settings. “You have ceramic and porcelain mainly used for floors and walls, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), natural stone which can be marble, travertine, slate, coral stone. Mosaics, glass tiles, pool tiles. So many different products that are now manufactured to cover your floors and walls,” said Mrs. Parnell.
Now more than ever there is heightened interest in remodelling and home décor projects. Luckily, Mrs. Parnell offers her advice on how to transform your space from drab to fab. “I always ask my customers to do their homework. Go on Pinterest, watch HGTV, look through magazines and narrow down what you like. When you open your front door, walk into your bathroom, how do you envision the space? That is the first thing, so that when you come to purchase, you have a very good idea of the kind of tile that you are looking for. Our aim is to create your dream space.
