Renowned psychiatrist and art therapist Carl Jung emphasised the need for his patients to use colours in an attempt to express the deeper side of their psyche. He believes the colour choices people make, reflect a deeper meaning about their personality trait because introverts and extroverts gravitate towards different pigments – namely blue and red respectively.
