What is your favourite colour? What colours speaks to you? Which one puts you in a good mood? Which colour does not suit your complexion and which would you never be caught dead wearing? Renowned psychiatrist and art therapist Carl Jung emphasised the need for his patients to use colours in an attempt to express the deeper side of their psyche. He believes the colour choices people make, reflect a deeper meaning about their personality trait because introverts and extroverts gravitate towards different pigments – namely blue and red respectively.
