Rapid True Value's Reopens Lane Plaza

New kitchen and bathroom display centres, more customer service representatives and wider offerings across all shopping categories are among the improvements at the rebranded Hardware and Lumber (H&L) Rapid True Value Lane store.

The Lane Store is among a 15-store network which offers home improvement supplies, household items, lawn and garden products and agricultural inputs, which was acquired by Argyle Industries Inc. in 2015.

Leading the face lift to the hardware and home improvement supplies store is a brand new logo and signage cementing the change in name from Rapid True Value to H&L Rapid True Value. Other new developments include two new bathroom and kitchen display centres comprising of products supplied by some of the top brands across the world and sold by the store. The Lane Plaza-based store also boasts new product additions, giving customers more options across all categories offered at the store including building materials, doors & windows, cabinetry, electrical, hardware, housewares, lawn and garden supplies, lumber, paint, pluming items.

“We want H&L Rapid True Value store to match best-in-class standards of some of the most successful retail brands in any part of the world by being the destination for building materials, home improvement supplies and household items,” said Simone Mahabeer, Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager, H&L. “We believe our assorted product offerings and fresh new look provides our customers with a reliable outlet to meet their shopping demands, all the while doing so in a comfortable environment,” she added.

To serve customers, H&L Rapid True Value has employed additional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deliver a more expedient service to customers, especially during the busy festive season.
