Mojo Raspberry Twist
Mango, vodka and peppermint are the show stoppers in this light and refreshingly exhilarating drink, which colours at the base with strawberry syrup. The seasonal fruit does wonders for the taste, too. With a hint of the good ’ole Jamaican peppermint muddled in the mix which also serves as garnish, Nico has found a definite crowd-pleaser in this one.
