Getting Your ‘ZEN’ On when life speeds up

getting-your-zen-on

Have you ever woken up one day and wondered when did life get so chaotic? When did everything start moving so fast? When did it all get to be so much??

That is the sad reality of the 21st century. The laid back, easy pace seems to have disappeared overnight!
