Mix two tablespoons apple cider vinegar with one cup water and use to rinse hair after washing, follow with a conditioner.

You can reduce wrinkles and get a homemade detox, eating the fruit and crushing the insides to make a mask. The vitamins which the fruit contains help to improve dull, dry skin. Your scalp will thank you when you use the crushed avocado to massage your scalp, providing healing and nourishment as the amino acids and protein work. Baking soda is good in this area as well as it can be used to remove dandruff from the scalp. This process can be completed by combining lemon juice with baking soda to get rid of flakes and keeping dandruff at bay.
