What is an aerobic exercise for kids?

Quite simply, aerobic exercises are any activity that encourages an increased heart rate and gets the blood pumping to build a sweat. Some parents may be wondering; how do I do that during COVID? Well, there are things to do based on your space at home or in your yard such as creating an obstacle course for your child to do and challenge them to first do the course then how fast can they do the course. You can also switch it up with doing the course in reverse, on one leg or even while reciting their ABC’s, 123’s or their multiplication table.
